A strategic People leadership role leading the People Department PMO, people-strategy execution, workforce analytics, reporting, HR transformation and HR-technology enablement across one of Dubai's largest diversified holding groups. You will be the central coordination point for strategic people initiatives — ensuring robust governance, effective delivery, data-driven decision-making and enterprise-wide alignment of priorities. The role enables the People function to operate as a true strategic business partner through workforce insight, transformation-programme management, digital and AI enablement, and continuous improvement, working closely with senior stakeholders across the Group.

• Lead the People Department PMO and execution of people strategy, workforce analytics and reporting across the Group
• Drive HR transformation initiatives and HR-technology / AI enablement
• Provide governance and data-driven insight that aligns people priorities enterprise-wide
