A technology leadership role owning the vision, digital transformation, cybersecurity and digital-asset infrastructure for a regulated business unit inside an Abu Dhabi diversified holding group. You will be responsible for the security, reliability and scalability of the digital asset custody platform, wallet infrastructure, exchange integrations and technology governance framework, all while maintaining compliance with ADGM and FSRA regulatory requirements. It suits a senior technologist who is as comfortable with regulatory scrutiny as with architecture, and who wants to own a full technology estate end to end.

• Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy for the business unit
• Lead the design, security and operation of digital asset custody platforms, wallet infrastructure and exchange connectivity solutions
• Ensure compliance with ADGM, FSRA, cybersecurity, data protection and technology governance requirements, and oversee cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, networks and IT operations
