A newly created finance leadership role inside the mobility and transportation arm of a large Saudi destination-development group. You will build the business-partnering layer between finance and operations from the ground up: turning activity data into insight on performance against budgets and business cases, then using that insight to shape forecasting, capital planning and the strategic direction of the business. It suits a qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in operationally intensive environments, who enjoys establishing best practice in a young finance function and communicating with executive leadership.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning in alignment with company goals, and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership
• Build and manage financial models, dashboards and KPIs to track business performance, delivering variance analysis and scenario planning
• Partner with operational, commercial and accounting teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability, and mentor a team of finance professionals
