Leads the clinical operations of an integrated care clinic — physician recruitment and performance, day-to-day clinical operations, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement — with a c.40% hands-on clinical component.
- Leads day-to-day clinical operations and upholds care pathways, quality and patient safety
- Owns physician recruitment, onboarding, performance and retention
- Contributes to strategic planning and represents the clinic with senior stakeholders and the health ministry
- Maintains a hands-on clinical practice (~40% of the role)
