• Oversees plant construction to quality, schedule and budget and enforces the EPC contract
• Leads HSSE on and off-site, managing the Owner's Engineer and contractors
• Manages project contractual and commercial frameworks — change orders, variations, claims
• Reports engineering, construction and delivery progress to leadership and investors
