A strategic role leading and managing the real estate investment function of a Saudi endowment-backed investment company — overseeing the evaluation, structuring and execution of investment opportunities in alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives. The mandate covers high-impact portfolio and transaction management, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the financial and operational performance of the real estate portfolio. Working with the Real Estate Investment leadership, you will help shape portfolio strategy, optimise the investment portfolio and manage the end-to-end investment lifecycle.

• Support the development and implementation of real estate investment strategies, policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives
• Oversee evaluation, structuring and execution of real estate investment opportunities across the end-to-end investment lifecycle
• Monitor portfolio activity, performance and evolution, and recommend strategic initiatives to optimise returns
