• Manage assembly of automation systems, wellhead control panels and chemical-injection skids across own and sub-vendor facilities
• Ensure all fabrication meets or exceeds quality and safety requirements to approved-for-construction/manufacturing drawings
• Control contract-labour hours and PO discipline, keeping work strictly within manhours agreed with the project management team
