A service-line leadership role inside the sports, performance and wellness cluster of a landmark Saudi giga-project. As Medical Director you will own a defined service line — rehabilitation, sports medicine, performance, fitness or wellness — holding the strategy, operations, financial performance, service quality, customer outcomes and team capability for that line. You will define and execute the service-line strategy in line with the wider cluster ambition, identify expansion opportunities and new programmes, and build the annual plans, operating models and growth initiatives. It suits a clinically credible leader who wants to build a world-class performance-medicine offer from the front.
