Leads the group internal-audit function — setting a risk-based audit plan and delivering independent assurance over governance, risk management and controls across a large, multi-entity organisation, reporting to the Audit Committee.

• Defines and executes a risk-based annual audit plan across group entities, functions and major programmes
• Leads and develops the internal-audit team; drives audit quality, data-driven auditing and continuous monitoring
• Reports independently to the Audit Committee on control effectiveness, findings and remediation, and partners with risk and compliance to strengthen the control environment
