A corporate-development and dealmaking leadership role driving the business-development and growth agenda of a major Saudi transport company through origination, structuring and commercialisation of strategic investments, partnerships and PPP opportunities. You will own market expansion, partnership strategy, deal execution and value realisation across the full lifecycle — defining the BD strategy in line with corporate and portfolio objectives, building and refining a robust investment pipeline, and establishing strategic relationships across government, semi-government and private-sector counterparties.
