A well-established governance, risk and internal audit advisory firm is expanding its Abu Dhabi practice and is looking for Chartered Accountants to join as dedicated consultants. This is a long-term engagement (12+ months) with a strong pipeline, delivering internal audit and risk advisory work for the firm's clients. You will provide independent assurance over governance, risk management and internal controls, support financial-reporting controls, and produce executive-ready deliverables — working closely with client stakeholders in a consulting environment. What we're looking for: a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA — mandatory) with 5–8 years' experience, strong IFRS and financial-reporting knowledge, excellent communication and advanced PowerPoint / executive-presentation skills, comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, and strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management ability. Role is 100% onsite in Abu Dhabi; a valid UAE visa is strongly preferred to enable quick mobilisation.
- Deliver internal audit and risk advisory engagements, providing independent assurance over governance, risk management and internal controls
- Evaluate and help strengthen internal controls, including controls over financial reporting
- Support risk assessments and governance documentation to improve clients' processes and performance
- Prepare clear, executive-level reports and PowerPoint presentations and present findings confidently to client stakeholders
- Apply strong IFRS / financial-reporting knowledge and leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and speed of deliverables
